The Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine (FCoM) at Belmont University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-eligible Scientist Educator faculty position. The successful candidate will join a collaborative, mission-driven faculty committed to developing and delivering an innovative, integrated medical curriculum grounded in whole-person care and dedicated to the College’s vision of transforming health through compassion and service. This is a full-time, 12-month, tenure-eligible faculty appointment in the Department of Foundational and Clinical Sciences. Faculty rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The Scientist Educator will contribute to the academic mission of the College of Medicine through teaching, scholarship, and service. Candidates should possess expertise in one or more foundational biomedical science disciplines, such as biochemistry, genetics, pathology, physiology, pharmacology, microbiology, immunology, neuroscience, anatomy or a related biomedical science field.
