The 7th International
Conference of the Association of Biochemistry Educators: Teaching
Biochemistry to Students of Dentistry, Medicine, and Pharmacy was held from Sunday, May 5th through Thursday, May 9th, 2019 at the Westward Look Wyndham Grand Resort & Spa in Tucson, Arizona.
The conference featured keynote addresses and workshops on self-regulated learning theory by Dr. Mary Andrews, MD MPH, FADP (Uniformed Services University), qualitative research methods by Dr. Janet Hafler, EdD, (Yale School of Medicine), and patient-centered teaching of genetic metabolic diseases by Dr. Mark Korson, MD (VMP Genetics, Atlanta, GA).
