The Thomas F. Frist, Jr. College of Medicine at Belmont University in Nashville, TN is seeking a Scientist Educator with expertise in teaching Medical Biochemistry or Medical Genetics. This is a full-time faculty position at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor within the Frist College of Medicine. The primary responsibility of this position involves the development, delivery, and assessment of a case-based, student-focused curriculum for pre-clinical medical students.  This faculty member will facilitate small-group CBL/PBL sessions and teach large-group didactic sessions. Additionally, the faculty will engage in service and will mentor students in scholarly activity related to their discipline and area of focus.  Scholarly productivity in the area of medical education is highly valued. Successful candidates will be passionate medical educators who support the Christ-centered mission and aspirational aim of Belmont University.
